  • OUR SHIPPING GENERALLY TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE AFTER PROCESSING.
  • SOME ITEMS ARE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY WHILE OTHERS ARE SHIPPED DOMESTICALLY USING THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. WE USE SEVERAL COURIER SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT OT LIMITED TO- DHL, USPS, FED EX, AND UPS.
  • WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IT IS OUR CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE ARRANGED TO RECEIVE THEIR ITEMS.
  • IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, WE ASK THAT YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION WE WILL DETERMINE IF THE ERROR IS DUE TO A MISHAP ON OUR PART. IF SO, WE MAY ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE.
