All purchases for waist trainers, body shapers, and fitness apparel are final. No exceptions

All products sold are final sales. No refunds or exchanges allowed due the Covid 19 as we are not able to restock items once shiped

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations/rescheduling within 24hrs of the appointment time will result in a FULL payment of the service cost. (100% of the service cost will be due regardless of the cancellation/reschedule).

It is the client's responsibility to reschedule the appointment BEFORE 24 hours of the appointment time in order for the booking fee or down payment to be transferred. Booking fees or down payments are only allowed to be transferred ONCE.

Under no circumstance will a booking fee or down payment be refunded if the client chooses to cancel/reschedule. (Booking fees are non-refundable as it is used to secure your time slot). Credit can be put onto your account and you will have 1-2 years to use your credit or gift it to someone.

Please REFRAIN from texting me to cancel/reschedule your appointments, all rescheduling and cancellations MUST be made through the website if it is more than 24hrs before your appointment.
