- OUR SHIPPING GENERALLY TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE AFTER PROCESSING.
- WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IT IS OUR CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE ARRANGED TO RECEIVE THEIR ITEMS.
- IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, WE ASK THAT YOU CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION WE WILL DETERMINE IF THE ERROR IS DUE TO A MISHAP ON OUR PART.
- IF SO, WE MAY ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits and accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Fanty Fitness
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Fanty Fitness diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
